Amanda’s love for music began with piano lessons at age 7 and musical theatre performances alongside her father.  After earning her degree in music education from the University of South Florida, Amanda brought her love of music to the choral classroom for nearly a decade.  Now a cybersecurity professional by day, Amanda currently serves as a Music Director at the Cocoa Village Playhouse,  accompanies the Brevard Youth Chorus, sings with the Indialantic Chamber Singers, and occasionally performs as a vocalist with the Space Coast Symphony.  Amanda is so excited to be a part of the newly formed Coastal Kaleidoscope and the vision of bringing quality chamber choral music to Brevard County

Michel received a Bachelors in Music Education from the University of South Florida and taught secondary Chorus for 10 years at Space Coast Junior/Senior High School. Since transitioning to a new role as an Assistant Principal at Merritt Island High School, he enjoys volunteering and working at the Cocoa Village Playhouse, singing in the Indialantic Chamber Singers, and conducting his church choir at Satellite Beach United Methodist Church. Michel is thrilled to be part of this new ensemble and is thankful to Nick and the creative team for all the hard work they’ve put in to make this dream a reality.

A class musical in third grade was the start of Alphie’s love for singing and performing. Since then, they have been involved in choirs throughout Brevard, including community, school, and church ensembles. They are thrilled for the opportunity to sing high level literature with a group of skilled musicians whose passion for the art matches their own.

Daniel's love of music started with childhood piano lessons from his mother who taught elementary school music throughout most of his life.  He has a Bachelors in Music Education from UCF and is currently the director of instrumental music at Palm Bay Magnet High School in Brevard County.  He has been playing the Horn for over 10 years in various ensembles and is excited to bring an instrumentalists perspective to the group.

Jevon has been rooted in church music since childhood and has sung in premier choirs throughout school, eventually pursuing Music Education at the University of Central Florida. He currently directs the Gospel Choir at Ocoee High School and serves as a tenor at St. Richard’s Episcopal Church in Winter Park. He looks forward to expanding his musical versatility, learning from fellow musicians, and building something special together through intentional, powerful collaboration.

Gia has been playing piano for seventeen years, guitar for ten, and singing in choir since age two. She was trained in classical piano for eight years and contemporary for four years. Currently based in Titusville, she teaches private music lessons and is the Music Director for One Purpose Productions. Music is her passion, and hopes to continue in the arts while simultaneously pursuing a career in software development.

Since starting Choir in Middle school Sapphire has grown to love the arts until present day.
She started out in beginning choir and has now joined Camerata - the advanced women’s choir, and Madrigals at Titusville High School.
Sapphire hopes to continue to be apart of choir through college and her adult years.

A passion for choral music from going to church as a child has led Andrew V. Smith to live and breathe it in the sacred space as Music and Liturgy director of All Souls in Sanford, FL, along with being a founding member of VoxO and choir member of other performing arts communities around Central Florida. He is thrilled for the opportunity to connect with new audiences of the Space Coast through song and continue provide that same inspiration for future passionate choristers.

Since discovering her love for choral music as a young child, Kathryn Wacaster has performed in several choirs including the UCF singing Knights and the Brevard Community Choir. She currently works as an elementary music educator at Gemini Elementary and is based in Palm Bay!

Dorothy has devoted over 45 years to music and the performing arts, performing as an instrumentalist, vocalist, actor, and vocal director across a wide range of genres. In the Central Florida community, she currently performs as a substitute vocalist and Latin percussionist with the cover band Florida Breeze and continues to collaborate with local ensembles and musicians. Dorothy is honored to share her experience with this talented group and is excited to perform challenging music and explore new artistic possibilities together.

Artistic Director, Chief Executive Officer

Born and raised in Titusville, Florida, Nick discovered his love for ensemble music in his high school marching band. Among ventures in performance and composing, Nick’s education was largely based around choral conducting. Inspired by groups like Voces8 and Epcot’s Voices of Liberty, Nick is thrilled to be able to explore a wide variety of vocal repertoire with such incredible, hard-working musicians.

Collaborative Pianist

Originally from Maryland, Tom studied music at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, and has spent most of his 30-year career as a Music Director at The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse. Currently based in Merritt Island, he is enjoying a second career as a Piano Technician. Tom is excited and blessed at the opportunity to work with our Director, Nick Barth, and the other talented members of this ensemble. 

Chief Operating Officer

Born in Cape Canaveral, Kendall brings strong organizational skills from her experience as an office assistant at Grace UMC, where she developed a talent for communication and coordination. As COO, she plays a key role in managing the many schedules of the singers to keep the ensemble running smoothly. Kendall is also a visual arts major at Eastern Florida State College and enjoys contributing her artistic talents to support the ensemble whenever needed.

Chief of Marketing

Originally from Kentucky, Nathan has called Florida’s space coast home since 2019. Since then, he has been actively involved in promoting community events through his work in web design and social media. His experience includes supporting and elevating a wide range of musical initiatives. He is especially excited to help bring Coastal Kaleidoscope’s artistic vision to life and highlight the incredible talent of its singers.
